Get in touch initially telling me your website URL, a short paragraph about the business and how many key pages you’d like me to review.
I’ll come back to you with a firm quote.
Once you’ve agreed to the quote, I send you a proposal document and invoice (full payment is required upfront).
After I receive payment from you, I send you a questionnaire to fill out so I can learn more about your brand, audience and business goals.
I complete the video review and written report and send it to you.
Within 7 days you watch the video and read the report.
After you’ve watched the video and read the report, within 30 days we get on a 30-minute call where you can ask me any questions.

Website reviews start from $1000 AUD.
Do you write copy for me?
No, but the review does include a detailed audit of content for 4 of your key pages, with suggestions and recommendations for you or your copywriter to implement. You’re welcome to hire me to write/rewrite your copy after the review.
How long does it take?
I can usually review your site and provide you with the video and report within 14 days. If you need it sooner, let me know when you fill out my enquiry form.
How much notice do you need/
It depends on my workload. When you make an enquiry, be sure to list any deadline if there is one.

With more than 25 years’ experience as a journalist in a range of different industries, I can turn my hand to review websites in most sectors and enjoy the diversity. That said, I specialise in purpose-led brands and thought leaders, including vegan, plant-based, alt protein, alt dairy, eco, BCorps. I also specialise in tech and SaaS. I’m happy to work with agencies as well as with brands directly. I don’t work with companies who sell or make products with animal ingredients; nor do I work with fossil fuel brands or Big Pharma.

Do you factor in SEO?
Yes. I take a broad view of your site and give you suggestions regarding your titles and meta descriptions and recommendations on how to optimise your site for SEO.
